Preserving What Makes a Business Special

When an owner considers selling a business, the decision is rarely just financial. A successful company represents years of hard work, trusted customer relationships, dedicated employees, and a legacy built over decades.

Stonefield Services was founded with a different philosophy than traditional financial buyers. My goal is not to acquire multiple companies or build a portfolio for resale. Instead, I am seeking the opportunity to acquire and personally operate one exceptional business for the long term.

I believe the strongest businesses are built by people who care deeply about their employees, customers, and communities. Those are the businesses I am most interested in continuing

Focus on Continuity

A transition should build confidence, not create disruption.

Employees deserve stability and clear communication. Customers deserve the same level of service and responsiveness they have come to expect. Vendors and business partners deserve a dependable relationship built on trust.

My objective is to preserve what already works well while providing the leadership and resources needed to support future success.

Building Excellence, Maintaining Trust

I’ve spent my career helping complex businesses make better decisions, improve performance, navigate change, and pursue opportunities for growth. Along the way, I’ve led teams, worked closely with customers and commercial organizations, and helped businesses through some of their most consequential decisions.

I’m ready to bring that experience closer to the business itself. I’ve always had a deep respect for skilled trades and for the people who build, maintain, repair, and keep our communities running. These businesses provide essential services, create meaningful careers, and develop skills that will only become more important in the years ahead.

For me, acquiring a business is an opportunity to combine that respect with decades of business experience. I want to work alongside a great team, learn what has made the company successful, and invest in its people and capabilities so that an already strong business can continue to thrive for the next generation.
